SLOW THE **** DOWN!


If you’re anything like me you’re always moving around at 100 MPH because you have a bunch of things you need to get done


We have 100 things to do for work. A long list of projects that need to be done at home. We have to hurry because we gotta go to the gym or meet a friend. Never mind that fact that everyone believes they HAVE to have a side hustle…our days are COMPLETELY SHOT. And we’re constantly moving at a fast pace


When I catch myself walking really quickly or rushing around I have to tell myself to SLOW…DOWN. When I do I can feel the stress literally drain out of my body. My shoulders drop and my body completely relaxes


There are many other benefits of slowing down. There can be a reduction in stress, lower heart rate and improved focus.


It also allows us to accesses our calming  neurotransmitters and allows us to better respond to anxiety or stressful situations


So SLOW DOWN…all of that rushing around doesn’t save you that much time…and just remember, no matter what you’re going through, you’re not alone.
