This isn't the most fun topic to discuss, but I want to talk ab

out suicide for a second. Today, there was another report of another celebrity that recently attempted suicide. Red Sox player, Jaron Durand, spoke about how in 2021, he was struggling really bad, and it was messing with his mental health, and he attempted suicide. This just goes to show how when you look at a lot of the celebrities that have died by suicide over the years, you're going to see people that we think had the most amazing lives, that if we had that life, we wouldn't struggle at all. There is a long of people that have had wealth, Fame, love, friendship, and they still suffer. All of these stories should be a huge wake-up call to us. We cannot wait until there's a problem to handle our mental health. I talk about it all the time. We eat diets to be healthy. We work out in order to be healthy. But we don't do anything for our mental health until there's a problem. If you're feeling suicidal at all, speak up. Call 988, which is the suicide in Crisis Lifeline. Before you make a decision that is going to not only change your life, but the lives of everybody that loves you, go and seek help.
Call a friend, find a therapist, call the Crisis Hotline. But whatever it takes, do one thing. Just make that one step. Go on for one more day. And I promise you, you will feel better and you will feel loved. And just remember, no matter what you're going through, loved, you matter, and you are not alone
